Payments are arranged directly between the venue and artist. BarBandz does not collect, hold, or guarantee payment.
Content rights
Artists retain ownership and grant only the permission needed to review and display approved profile material.
Privacy
Submitted details are used only to review, respond, and operate this pilot. They are not sold. Do not submit payment information, government IDs, or other sensitive data.
Important: Unless managed booking is introduced later, the venue and artist remain responsible for final terms, contracts, insurance, licensing, safety, payment, and event compliance.

Is BarBandz an instant-booking platform?
No. This first version is a concierge pilot. A person reviews each request and helps identify potential matches.
Are the artists shown above available?
No. They are fictional demos used only to show the profile format.
Does a venue request create a booking?
No. It starts a conversation. A performance is confirmed only after the venue and artist agree on terms.
How current is artist availability?
Profile availability is a starting point. BarBandz will seek confirmation before making an introduction.
What does it cost to join as an artist?
Pilot pricing has not been finalized. No fee or paid service will be activated without clear notice and consent.
Does applying guarantee a profile or bookings?
No. Submissions are reviewed for completeness and fit, and BarBandz cannot guarantee inquiries or work.
Who handles contracts and payment?
During the pilot, the venue and artist handle them directly.
Can artists travel for bookings?
Yes. Artists can state their travel radius and conditions, and venues can indicate flexibility.
When will I hear back?
BarBandz reviews each submission manually and follows up by email. Timing may vary during the pilot.
Will submitting a form charge me?
No. Neither form creates a payment or paid subscription. Any future paid service would be disclosed before you agree to it.
Does a shortlist mean the artists are confirmed?
No. A shortlist identifies potential matches. Availability and final terms still need to be confirmed.
Can I edit or remove an artist profile later?
Yes. Contact BarBandz to request a correction or removal.
What happens to submitted media?
Approved links and profile material are used only for review, publication, and pilot matching, subject to the artist’s permission.
How do I ask another question?
A pilot contact email will be added before public launch.
